Capable engines

The 2021 Camry gas-powered models have two powertrains on the menu: a 2.5-litre 4-cylinder engine that develops between 203 and 206 horsepower depending on the model, and a powerful 3.5-litre V6 that generates 301 horsepower. These two engines are very cost efficient despite their impressive horsepower, and depending on the model, their highway fuel consumption ratings can be as low as 6.1 L/100 km for the 4-cylinder and 7.1 L/100 km for the V6. Depending on the model, you can also choose between front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.

In the case of the Camry Hybrid, it features a 2.5-litre 4-cylinder engine mated to Toyota's Hybrid Synergy Drive system, and delivering a net output of 208 horsepower. And in terms of energy efficiency, the highway rating varies between 4.8 and 5.0 L/100 km, depending on the version.
